About SOULFLOW
The SOULFLOW WEEKEND is more than just an event. It is a feeling. An experience. A connection to yourself and to others. SOULFLOW is a joint project from the hearts of Loxone Campus and the dance couple René & Julia from Love2Salsa. We believe in the power of movement, the magic of the moment and the magic that happens when people come together to dance, breathe and feel each other.
At the SOULFLOW WEEKEND, salsa & bachata rhythms, yoga flows, mindful forms of movement and mental impulses merge into a holistic experience.
Our varied workshop program offers you a choice of workshops every day:
- Salsa & Bachata dance workshops – especially for beginners
- Yoga & Meditation – for grounding, strength & inner peace
- Movement & fitness – functional workouts, stretching & mobility
- Workshops & Vorträge – rund um Achtsamkeit, körperliches und geistiges Wohlbefinden & persönliche Weiterentwicklung
Regional trainers from different areas bring fresh input, new perspectives and lots of inspiration.
You put together your own individual daily schedule based on the workshop plan provided – depending on what is good for you at the time.
