The following supplements replace or supplement the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry(AGBH 2006).


To secure and guarantee your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost within 7 days of booking. If payment is not received on time, the hotel has the right to cancel the booking.

You can pay the deposit by bank transfer to our bank account or conveniently by credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Your booking is confirmed as soon as we have received the deposit and you have received your booking confirmation.

In order to avoid costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. We will publish our partner for this shortly, but you are welcome to do this with your own insurance company. The amount of the cancellation insurance premium depends on the total amount of your booking.

Deposit by credit card:
We need your credit card number, the expiration date and the name of the cardholder. You are welcome to send us the data by e-mail to or by telephone on +43 7287 7070-601. Your data will be deleted by us immediately after debiting.

If you do not make use of certain hotel services, such as breakfast or included non-cash benefits (gifts, admission tickets or similar). This means that there is no entitlement to a refund. From the day of arrival or after arrival, 100% of the total booked service will be charged.

The use of our supporting program or hotel offer is at your own risk. Neither the staff nor Loxone Campus GmbH provide any insurance cover. Any liability towards employees and Loxone Campus GmbH for personal injury and damage to property is excluded. By making use of our offer, the disclaimer is accepted.


When making an enquiry/booking/concluding a contract, you agree that your personal data (such as address, date of birth, gender ….), as well as health or dietary requirements (such as vegan/vegetarian, lactose-free diet, gluten intolerance, …) may be used and stored by Loxone Campus GmbH in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Prices are valid in the indicated category, are from-prices per person, unless otherwise stated and excl. Local tax. We charge a surcharge of € 20,- per night for single rooms with only one full-paying guest. Children are charged according to the price list. Additional nights can be booked individually according to the price list. Services not consumed cannot be redeemed in cash or reimbursed.

On the day of arrival, your booked room is guaranteed to be ready for you from 3 pm. The wellness area is available to you free of charge on the day of arrival before you check into your room. Departure by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability at an extra charge and on request – binding confirmation only possible from 3 days before arrival. Transfer / shuttle service on request, for a fee.


We have our well-deserved company vacation over Christmas and New Year’s Eve and thus closed the entire Loxone Campus.

Loxone Campus GmbH has the right to amend these Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions at any time and we still have the right to do so. Persons can therefore be denied access without giving reasons.
