Your room will be ready for occupancy at 15:00 on the day of arrival. The wellness area is available to you free of charge on the day of arrival before you check into your room. Early check-in is possible subject to availability and at an extra charge.
Departure
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 10 am. Late check-out is possible subject to availability and for an additional charge. Simply get in touch with our reception team.
Allergy sufferers
You are welcome to inform us of your allergies and intolerances at the time of booking or at reception. Our blankets, pillows and bed linen are ideally suited for allergy sufferers thanks to the high-quality materials.

Excursion tips
In addition to the numerous hiking and cycling trails, there is plenty to experience in the surrounding area: Peilstein 3D archery course, Bohemian Forest Park, Schöneben high ropes course, Schlägl Abbey Brewery, Villa Sinnenreich, Donabauer Candle World. Our reception team will be happy to help you find the ideal activity.

As much as for many people their best friend on four legs is part of their vacation happiness, we also respect that there are people who want to enjoy their vacation in a hotel without pets (allergies, fear,…). Your pet is therefore unfortunately not allowed to accompany you to the Loxone Campus.

Medication
Due to legal regulations, we are not allowed to dispense medication to guests. We will be happy to tell you at reception which doctor/pharmacy is on call.
Minibar
Our premium rooms and suites have fridges with fresh drinks. For all other guests, our 24-hour self-service bars (basement, 1st floor) are available with snacks and drinks.
Music
Together with our loudspeaker company Quadral, the entire Loxone Campus was equipped with high-end loudspeakers – for ultimate sound in all rooms. You can adjust the music in the room to your needs at any time using the Touch Pure Flex. You can find out more about operation under Room Features.

Night light
The “Basic light night” lighting scene is activated in your hotel room between 21:30 and 07:15. The brightness of the Touch Pure Flex displays next to your bed is reduced and a pleasant night light guides you on your way to the bathroom.

You can swim in the 20-meter-long outdoor infinity pool at a pleasant temperature. To save energy, you will usually find the pool closed. You can easily open it yourself at any time using the button next to it.
