Das erwartet dich
Als Gastronomiefachmann/-frau wirst du zum vielseitigen Allrounder – mit Skills, die in Restaurants, Hotels und Eventlocations gefragt sind. Du lernst unter anderem:
- Unterstützung unseres Küchenteams bei der Zubereitung frischer Speisen
- Selbstständiges Servieren von Speisen und Getränken
- Persönliche Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
- Mise-en-Place, Reinigungs- und Aufräumarbeiten
- Arbeiten mit moderner Tischreservierungs- und Kassensoftware
- Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

Die Ausbildung kann jederzeit nach Vereinbarung beginnen, spätestens jedoch zum 01.09.2026. Sie dauert insgesamt 4 Jahre. Die schulische Ausbildung findet in der Berufsschule Altmünster statt. Dein Lehrlingseinkommen beträgt im 1. Lehrjahr € 1.050, - (Stand 2025). Dieses wird dir 14x im Jahr ausbezahlt.
