- You lead the Glorious Bastards restaurant with character, clarity, and creativity.
- You further develop our hotel, seminar, and event gastronomyโwith style and substance.
- Youโre a host with attitudeโand, together with your team, you bring our concept to life for every guest.
- You organize, plan, coach, and motivate and you have a hands-on mentality.
- You ensure quality, hygiene, and structure and create those goosebump moments at the table.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in hospitalityโideally as a restaurant manager or deputy manager.
- Experience in chain/system gastronomy? Jackpot. We love structure, pace, and efficiency.
- Passion for food, fire, and leadership. A hands-on mindset and real dedication.
- Very good english and german skillsโadditional languages? Even better.
- Style, presence, and a well-groomed appearance.
