Your tasks
- Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out
- Providing personal, attentive support for all questions and requests from our regional and international guests
- Taking care of event and seminar guests
- Working with our hotel software
- Preparing offers/quotations and coordinating reservations
- Invoicing and billing
- Organisational and administrative tasks in both the front and back office
- Various organisational tasks in the banquet management area
Your profile
- Completed training/education or commercial work experience
- Enjoy working with guests
- Committed and independent way of working
- Team player with a high level of reliability and willingness to pitch in
- Strong service mindset and commitment to quality
- Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
