Arrival by bus:
The nearest bus stop near the Loxone Campus is called “Kollerschlag Pendlerparkplatz”. The walk to the campus takes about 7 minutes. Bus timetables can be found at www.oebb.at. If you are traveling from Germany, please note that the buses do not cross the border. The nearest bus stop is in 94110 Wegscheid.

Our hotel accepts the following debit and credit cards: EC Maestro, Mastercard, Visa. You are also welcome to pay the total amount by bank transfer before arrival.

On the day of arrival, your booked room is guaranteed to be ready for you from 3 pm. The wellness area is available to you free of charge on the day of arrival before you check into your room.

On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 am.

Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability at an extra charge and on request – binding confirmation only possible from 3 days before arrival.

Free high-speed Internet is available throughout the Loxone Campus.

Sufficient free parking spaces and 40 e-charging stations are available directly at the Loxone Campus. It is also possible to book pitches for motorhomes.

As much as for many people their best friend on four legs is part of their vacation happiness, we also respect that there are people who want to enjoy their vacation in a hotel without pets (allergies, fear,…). Your pet is therefore unfortunately not allowed to accompany you to the Loxone Campus.

To secure and guarantee your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost within 7 days of booking. If payment is not received on time, the hotel has the right to cancel the booking.
 
You can pay the deposit by bank transfer to our bank account or conveniently by credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Your booking is confirmed as soon as we have received the deposit and you have received your booking confirmation.
 
In order to avoid costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. We will publish our partner for this shortly, but you are welcome to do this with your own insurance company. The amount of the cancellation insurance premium depends on the total amount of your booking.

Our hotel is not specifically geared to the needs and wishes of families and children. However, families are of course very welcome!

You will receive your deposit back in the form of a voucher with no time limit. You can redeem it on a new date for any of our hotel services or give it as a gift.
